Program Overview

South Texas Clinical Partners Accountable Care Organization, LLC (STCPACO) was accepted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in January, 2017 to participate in the ACO Medicare Shared Savings Program. STCP ACO is 100% sponsored by South Texas Healthcare System and led by participating providers. STCP ACO network includes over 200 physicians and healthcare professionals dedicated to working in a dependable, integrated manner to improve the care of Medicare Beneficiaries and lower the growth in health care expenditures.

STCP ACO participating providers and facilities voluntarily agreed to collaborate together to provide high standards of healthcare and service excellence. By delivering innovative healthcare more efficiently and continuously striving for quality improvements STCP aims to achieve higher quality clinical outcomes. STCP ACO providers are focused on developing stronger relationships between healthcare systems, beneficiaries, and the community to improve the communities overall population health and quality of life.

Program Details

South Texas Clinical Partners ACO is a Physician-led, hospital-sponsored ACO that participates in the Medicare Shared Savings Program.


Membership Requirements

South Texas Clinical Partners ACO is looking to recruit primary care providers in the South Texas area who are Medicare-enrolled and bill for items and services furnished to Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries under a Medicare billing number to join our team!
