Established in 2017, South Texas Clinical Partners (STCP) ACO, born from a dedicated group of local primary providers, is committed to enhancing collaborative, patient-centered, and preventive healthcare across the vibrant South Texas region, including the Rio Grande Valley and Laredo. In the past five years, STCP has achieved remarkable success, delivering over $60 million in savings to the Medicare program with a consistent 98% quality score. Over $40 million has been shared with participating PCPs, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in the pursuit of high-quality care.
